This book was produced exclusively as a free extra to accompany pre-orders of Crisp's Defeated Dogs. It was limited to 30 copies, signed, numbered and stamped by the author. I printed it myself on high-quality paper and card, fixed it and stapled it, producing a very fragile little volume. I have just one single copy remaining. A commercially produced hardcover version was also made, but never released to the public. If I remember right, only two copies of that exist.
